Previously, he was vice president for Hitachi Construction Machinery (UK) and has been focused on UK market over the last few years. Working in Japan, China and Europe, he has gained vast knowledge of construction machines and product support business, as well as strategic planning.
Dean has vast experience in the self-drive rental sector, having held senior roles in two high profile national hire companies over the last 20 years. During this time he has earned a reputation for providing the highest levels of customer service due to his infectious can do attitude. If there is a way Dean will find it due to his intense work ethic, his role is to make ensure customers receive the best solution to their specific requirements on site no matter how specialized that may be.
